Inspired by Melanie Martinez’s Crybaby album, this series brings four songs ‘Pity Party’, ‘Soap’, ‘Alphabet Boy’, and ‘Mad Hatter’ to life through fashion, portraiture, and carefully chosen locations. Each shoot explores that strange space between childhood and adolescence, where you’re still holding onto the past but starting to push against it. Through playful styling, nostalgic props, and teen fashion mixed with piercings, this project reflects what it feels like to grow up with unresolved feelings, identity shifts, and the emotional messiness we often carry with us. It’s loud, soft, weird, real, just like growing up.
